Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes! We bring our supplies and equipment to every cleaning visit! For example, we only use backpack vacuums cleaners with HEPA Filtration – that are 99.97% efficient at filtering particulates down to 0.3 microns in size. Sometimes, we leave our belongings in a janitorial closet for easy access depending on frequency of visits.
How do you guys bill? What method of payment is accepted?
Invoices are sent out the first week of the month by email through Quickbooks (or mail if requested). We gladly accept checks, online payments, and credit cards. When paying with credit card processing fees may apply. Ask us more about your specific scenario.
Where do you guys work?
We primarily serve Cedar Park and Leander and the North Austin area. On occasions we do travel to Liberty Hill and surrounding areas depending on a few things. Just reach out to see if we are the right fit.
When do services take place?
All of our services take place after hours. We do this to not interrupt any business while people are present. This also allows us to perform our best! Our customer give us a spare key to enter, lock up and set alarms so you don’t have to worry about anything.
Are you and your staff properly insured?
Yes! Since day one we have obtained all necessary insurances and done it correctly to give everyone additional peace of mind. In our many years of working we have yet to have any complications requiring us to use it.

No! We are completely transparent with the entire process. There will never be any surprise costs in your bill. The agreed price always stays the same. While other companies have additional fees such as franchise fees, start up fees, travel fees etc., we are able to pass those savings onto you by being a locally based, family operated company!
